This was an online High Yield Investment Program and to attract the public it was offering six investment plans; Mississippi, Yangtze, Amazon, Nile, Nile special, and Nile premium. Potential earnings were ranging from 7% in daily returns on deposits for 30 days and there were two more “after 5 days” plans as well. Administration was claiming to be guided by the “PICTURE” values (see the website to find out what this acronym stands for) and it was sending the following messages to its users: “We are your listening, and caring financial investment partner”, “You need it, we’ve got it”, “We are your home of value”, “We are with you for life” and “You are at the right place, doing the right thing, at the right time”.
