Today we’re taking a look at a new long-term HYIP released a couple of weeks ago that has piqued my attention: Rare Earth Group Invest.

Rare Earth Group Invest is interesting to me due to several unique features, but first lets answer the most frequently asked questions about HYIPs:

• Accepts Liberty Reserve (LR) and Perfect Money (PM) e-currencies.
• Minimum investment is $10.
• Minimum withdrawal allowed is $0.01.
• Withdrawal request are processed immediately (within 1 minute to 15 minutes) after request seven (7) days a week.
• Principal deposit is returned after expiration of plans.

Now that we’ve covered the basics, lets talk about the plans offered by Rare Earth Group Invest. The first plan offered will be of the most interest to the majority of HYIP investors out there. The NEODYMIUM plan pays investors 0.7% daily for 30 days. As with all the plans, principal is returned at expiration of the investment and withdrawal requests should be processed immediately (within 1 to 15 minutes) after request. With a minimum investment requirement of $10, this plan is available to anyone interested. So, if you were to invest $100, you should receive $0.70 daily for 30 days for total interest of $21.00. So, after return of your initial investment, you should receive a total of $121.00 after 30 days, or a return of 121%.

The next two plans require a more significant investment. The YTTRIUM plan requires a minimum investment of $500 and offers 1.5% daily for 60 days. If you were to invest the minimum, you should receive $7.50 daily and receive $450 total after the 60 day investment. After withdrawal of your initial investment you should have received a total of $950 or a return of 190%. The last plan, the PROMETHIUM plan, requires a minimum investment of $1000 and offers 2.3% daily for 90 days.

Now, it’s important for me to express the risk involved with investing into high-yield investment programs (HYIPs). Rare Earth Group Invest’s admin overall seems to have intelligently set-up the program. From what I can tell, a unique script is being run and the layout is clean and easy-to-navigate. A newsletter was sent out last week welcoming people to the program, and the site has its own forums and a Facebook page, so there has been some effort to connect with investors.

As security is always of greatest importance when looking at a new program, I performed my usual Whois and IP Searches. The Whois Search unfortunately didn’t give any useful information due to privacy protection, but I learned from the IP Search that Rare Earth Group Invest is hosted on a dedicated server by SoftLayer. I’ve noticed some other sites stating BlockDos is the hosting provider, but my research directed me to SoftLayer. The site has SSL encryption provided by GoDaddy.

Now, lets take a closer look at the program. First lets do a Traffic Analysis by looking at the program’s Alexa graph:

Typical of most HYIPs, we see an initial spike after launch, due to the initial traffic rush of a new program announced on forum boards and monitoring services. Afterward we see a normal dip followed by another traffic jump. I expect this second increase was due to their review published on HYIPNews. This is entirely speculation, but this early in the program’s life we don’t really see traffic trends that can be fully analyzed. Until more time passes, we’re unable to gather much more information.

Next lets take a look at the program’s Forum Popularity:

Overall, we see steady, regular growth and activity for Rare Earth Group Invest on the major forums, a good sign for any HYIP. The program has a number of monitors posting, but nothing overwhelming for a beginning program, so I see no issues at this time. As far as forum activity goes, the site seems to be receiving a good amount of views for a long-term program.

I’m going to close this review by mentioning a unique feature of Rare Earth Group Invest, specifically the accrual of Experience Points in the Investor’s Dashboard. Compounding isn’t available to investors just starting with Rare Earth Group Invest, but it has been hinted in the forums by Marsher (the admin) that:

You will receive EXP every time you make an investment, finish an investment, post in the forums, or with your daily log in. When you have enough EXP you should expect better interest rates and compounding will be available.

As a fan of role-playing games (RPGs), I find the system to be familiar and pleasing as it builds in a reward system for investors. I’m unsure how much effect it will have, as very little has been detailed about the EXP system and without knowing how successful Rare Earth Group Invest will become, whether or not the EXP system will come into fruition is unknown. Still, the possibility of increased interest rates is appealing to anyone interested in the program.

Well, that about does it for my review of Rare Earth Group Invest.
