Well it’s definitely been an interesting past 48 hours. There has been a lot of activity with programs listed on the monitoring page. First off, let’s talk about the sites that have been experiencing down-time. In the last 24 hours or so the following sites went down:
- Gain Bucks
- Terra Profits
- Yes Investment
With a little bit of research I found that DDoSWiz had hardware issues that caused the sites to go down. This is the message I received from DDoSWiz:
Hello. This is not DDoS attack.
We are having big issues with hardware which we are now fixing. Everything should be fine within 2 hours or so.
In addition, Terra Profits issued the following:
Hello, HYIPBlogger,
Our website was down for almost 24 hours due to harddrive failure at our hosting provider. Instant payouts are disabled for now to completely restore the database. We ask you to have patience, our website will soon be working normally and all earnings/withdrawals will be available in the account history. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Regards,
TerraProfits Administration
I’ll let you all know if I hear of anything negative coming from this downtime, but everyone should be aware that the programs hosted by DDoSWiz experienced hosting problems and everything should be back to normal soon.
To get all of the bad-news out of the way all at once, I’ve also moved Unlimity, World Private Funds, and EuroCup Invest to Problem/Closed status.
I have pending withdraws with EuroCup Invest and have sent an email to the program admin, but have yet to hear a response back. I have to assume that the program has stopped paying investors. If I hear anything back or receive payment I will let you know.
Both Unlimity and World Private Funds have been confirmed to have started selective payments. I have a pending Liberty Reserve (LR) withdraw with World Private Funds for more than 24 hours. I’ve also heard that World Private Funds is still paying investors that deposited with Alert Pay, but things are not looking good, I expect the program to close shortly.
In a strange turn of events, Mario, the admin of EthanolB appeared on a blog’s chat yesterday saying that all pending withdraws will be processed within 72 hours. There have also been a few reports of the program paying different investors. I’ve written an email to EthanolB’s support requesting my pending withdraws be processed and will let you know anything I hear about EthanolB paying investors.
Ok, enough of the bad news time for something positive. Anyone who invested in AVFinance with me should have hit break-even point of their investment. This second review I’ll have published next week will go into a bit more of the details of the program since we have more data to go on, and hopefully provide us with some further insight. Until then, I want to let you all know that AVFinance has released a promotional plan. Here is the newsletter they released:

It’s important for me to note that historically, many HYIP programs release promotional plans shortly before closing the program. I am unsure if this will be the case with AVFinance, but it is important to remember that investment into HYIPs is very high risk and to never invest more than you are willing to lose.
Flamanta added Alert Pay (AP) as an accepted e-currency for investors, here is the newsletter they sent out:
After receiving many requests for payment AlertPay system, we decided to join this system to our platform and now you can make deposits and receive withdrawals instantly.

The last thing I have to report is about newly featured program Felix Funds. I’ve spoken with Felix, the program admin, several times and he has big plans for the Felix Funds program. He mentioned to me that there will be some upcoming improvements to the website, including a new script with better features for investors. He also let me know that the “chat feature” on the current website hasn’t been receiving quite the amount of activity he wanted, so it is planned to remove this feature and add a shout-box with the new design.
Another promotion Felix Funds is running can be found on our partner’s site over on the Money News Online (MNO) Forum. They’re running a contest over there with cash prizes, so I suggest you swing over there and check things out!
I also received the following news-update from Felix, warning investors about scammers:
Hello HYIPBlogger,
One of our member got to our attention that somebody posted in a forum a fake rumour about us. It claims there that we are somehow connected with another domain (http://www.thefelixfund.com). We want to assure you all that we are not connected in any way with any other websites or domains but our own (www.felixfunds.com). If a name is similar it doesn’t mean that we’re connected with it. So please post about this on forums so all members to understand this. We want let fake rumours to affect our credibility in any way.
Regards,
Felix
I hope you’re not getting too tired of my constant reminders, but if you haven’t already I suggest you subscribe to the HYIPBlogger monthly newsletter. The first edition will be sent out at the end of this month with some great unique content and discussion that can’t be found here on the blog.
That’s all I have for you today, as always, if you have any questions please contact me or leave a comment!

Gabby, it’s not a 100% when a program puts out promotional plans that they’re going to scam; however, it’s definitely worth watching out for. Promotional plans are always an attempt to increase activity and draw in more deposits. Unfortunately, many programs use this as a last-ditch effort to get more money before closing.
HYIPBlogger: Well, I just opened an account the day before, but yesterday I decided not invest. This site has had a very nice increasing popularity (almost dangerous level) anyways. We’ll see soon. Thanks for your feedback!
