Good day everyone! As you may have guessed already, HYIPBlogger is now back to its regular updates on current HYIP news and that includes today’s scam warning (read below). I first of all wanted to thank everyone who is following my earlier recommendation and creating user accounts on HYIPBlogger.com instead of subscribing to news only. It is preferred that users would have the accounts, but ultimately it is not that crucial which of the two options you pick, because both of these lists will be soon combined into one software program. I think everyone will most likely appreciate this program as it will provide all users with several flexible and changeable at any time options on if/how they wish to get updates and news letters, how often and most importantly, provide full control of their subscriptions. I am also planning to update the whole HYIPBlogger.com website layout for better usability pretty soon.

Let me start with something that I have the greatest concern about and this is not just some “mixed feeling”, but a rather strong disappointment. I am talking about the program that surfaced recently by the name of Divatri (Divatri.com). It is overall almost the usual HYIP of which there are many, but what I have noticed is that this program creators have engaged in perhaps one of the heaviest plagiarism instances in the history of HYIPs. Ironically, Divatri’s “About Us” page asks this question: “What Makes Divatri Unique?”. Well, the first answer that comes to mind for me is that the uniqueness of this program lies in its having the longest text passage plagiarized from another currently running investment program EurexTrade.

Things like that can be easily missed and at least for some HYIPs around, it is probably not even that important, but not for Divatri considering the way it is promoted, which is something promising with a lot of expectations. As you all know, it was only some 18 days ago when I published the Part 1 review on EurexTrade (see it HERE), where I specifically invited readers to have a look at their “About Us” page and invited to post comments. This is exactly why the text is fresh in my mind and I was truly shocked to see not just some few lines but the whole EurexTrade’s passage on Divatri’s website. How big of a deal is this unfortunate for the program and perhaps for it’s investors finding? Well, it doesn’t really matter because some HYIPs do that (the ones you probably should skip investing into anyway), but frankly, I would strongly recommend to stay away from this HYIP. Creators of this program were supposedly preparing the website for “at least six weeks” according to Money-News-Online’s Paul and if they had nothing to say of their own about the program, or at least edit a few words from stolen text, I would NOT expect too much here.

Another obvious concern I have for those considering investing in Divatri is the way this program is promoted. This HYIP is almost like others with the main difference in that it is not covered by any other web resource, but Money-News-Online.com. They have chosen MNO to be an “exclusive monitor”. As of right now, Paul is speaking very highly about Divatri, he does so very convincingly and at length. He also believes that this program may last well into 2012 by comparing it to the well known and overall successful program of the past Gold Nugget Invest (GNI). Being a reader of MNO myself, I have to say that this time around I am also very disappointed that Paul was obviously not vigilant enough and missed this apparent plagiarism. He in fact states quite the opposite as he assures everyone that program is unique all around (quote from MNO follows):

… Highly original in just about every way (including the texts) it’s bright, easy to understand, easy to navigate, well explained, and user friendly throughout.

I don’t yet have my own opinion formed about HYIPs that are choosing to basically block any external publications about them but one blog, I guess we just have to see the track record of such HYIPs first. However, since this is the case with Divatri, I hope that Paul warns his readers about the fact that this program administrators are heavily plagiarizing and I hope that he publishes some corrective statement/addendum about his own review of this program as well.

By the way, it appears that there is another thing that Divatri may also be cheating with – its referral program. I created an account at Divatri and I know for a fact that I should have been a referral of Paul (Money-News-Online), yet I saw “none” in the upline field when I was filling up the form. This of course can be a simple mistake and just careless omission, but closer look at referral links which users will find in their affiliate account area reveals that the text of the link posted is broken. It means that if program affiliates will not adjust the link themselves, they will be 100% missing on their promotional efforts.
