Good Day Everyone! Another newsletter came in today from Jurgen, the administrator of one of the public’s favorite investment programs NewGNi. I have quite a few things to report this week.

Now, lets get serious for a moment.

We have received a few inquiries from some US based members, using SolidTrust Pay (STP) as their favorite payment processor.

As many of our US members are aware of, the US enacted new laws recently to enforce companies involved in financial services to acquire licenses in all states where their clients are located.

We have learned that SolidTrust Pay has begun this process. While the process is ongoing, members in various states will have full access to view and update their STP accounts, change passwords, submit verification documents, etc.

They will however not be able to deposit or receive funds, which is unfortunate, but a reality and we will all just need to accept it and be patient with.

newGNi is not aware of which states are affected by now – but we are confident that STP will comply with the current legislation and do their best to obtain the necessary licenses. At the moment most states are not affected at all and probably STP will have obtained the necessary license until they are.

So far we had only a very few members where withdrawal requests were refused by STP.

What does it mean for your newGNi account?

1. Nothing, if you are living in a state that is not affected by the current legislation yet.

2. If you are living in a state that is affected, we advise:

a) If you like to deposit with newGNi: We’d suggest to use one of the other payment processors accepted. For reliable and swift exchanges from your bank account to any of the accepted payment processors we recommend Swapgold.

b) If you like to withdraw from newGNi and withdrawal requests to STP are rejected: We are currently looking to amend our script to allow you to withdraw your STP earnings to another of our accepted payment processors. Please give us a few days to finalize the script modifications. We’ll keep you informed.

c) You can always re-invest your proceeds with newGNi until STP is working in your state once again.

We truly hope that you will support SolidTrust Pay as before, as they are really great!

NewGNi – Arbitrage Wagering Pool

Well, the part of this update pertaining to US based investors is not entirely new, but here we go with another “step” on the throat of US citizens’ financial freedom. Understand me correctly though, finances is a very serious matter and from the point of view of the (actually any) Government, the desire to control as much as possible of the financial transactions within (and of course out of) the country, makes perfect sense. This certainly helps to combat the whole range of wrong doings by “some” citizens, which in fact any decent person does NOT want to be happening. However, there is always this “other” side of the matter, which people perceive very differently. Many say “I don’t mind, I do nothing wrong”, while others understandably do not like the idea of potentially being “watched” every step of the way in their lives. These “others”, for instance, don’t quite appreciate the fact that some government office worker out there, with totally unknown state of mood and general attitude on a certain day, would be looking over their shopping and dining habits in greatest details and “making” some conclusions out of them…
