The Oil Structure website is now up and operational again. I received the following in an email from their administration:

The site was under reconstruction from 00:00 till 06:00 UTC. It’s available now. Sorry for inconvenience.
This information is also posted on their website under their news section. I hope the administration has now realized that in our field, advance notice is necessary if a program’s website is going to go down for any length of time. The HYIP industry is an international one with investors checking sites at all hours of the day. Therefore, it’s necessary to post advance knowledge and some information if a program site is going offline for any reason.
HYIP investors tend to think the worst, due to our prior experiences, whenever something changes with a HYIP program, and to keep investor faith high with a program, communication is necessary. I have nothing else to report at this time, Oil Structure seems to be up and running again like normal, I will notify you with any other changes that may occur.
