(II) ANY RELIANCE PLACED BY YOU ON THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY OR EXISTENCE OF ANY ADVERTISING, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY RELATIONSHIP OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY ADVERTISER OR SPONSOR WHOSE ADVERTISING APPEARS ON HYIPBLOGGER.COM;

(III) ANY CHANGES WHICH HYIPBLOGGER MAY MAKE TO HYIPBLOGGER.COM, OR FOR ANY PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY CESSATION IN THE PROVISION OF HYIPBLOGGER.COM (OR ANY FEATURES WITHIN HYIPBLOGGER.COM);

(IV) THE DELETION OF, CORRUPTION OF, OR FAILURE TO STORE, ANY CONTENT AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS DATA MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED BY OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF HYIPBLOGGER.COM;

8.2 THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS ON HYIPBLOGGER’S LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL APPLY WHETHER OR NOT HYIPBLOGGER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSSES ARISING.

8.3 HYIPBLOGGER’S LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GROSS MONTHLY AMOUNT PAID BY THE AUTHOR FOR HOSTING SERVICES DURING THE ONE MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

9. Obligation to Indemnify.

9.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the HYIPBlogger and its agents, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claim, demand, liability, loss, and expense, including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through hyipblogger.com, your connection to hyipblogger.com, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Changes to Terms of Use

10.1 HyipBlogger reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Use at any time.
