Good Day Everyone! As the summer’s heat spreading the world and a lot more new HYIP beginnings are taking place this season, I would like to share with my readers another technical article on HYIPs. If you read my publications regularly (and I hope you do and/or you will), you have probably noticed that I am often trying to define things related to HYIPs not only for easier program presentations, but also for better reader’s understanding about where the discussed and listed programs currently stand in terms of their developments. I thought that today, in this next of HYIP walkthrough publication series, I will try to do it again and this time another technical term that I am introducing is Profit Phase. There is actually not much new invented here about this term and nothing is too complicated about it, but I think its application to HYIPs and its use should help sorting things up in investors’ minds. Profit Phase is simply a time point after which at least some of the particular program members made it through investment cycle at least once and more people are beginning to take pure profits from it. In other words, this is sort of a turning point, which makes an investment venture to become established and to start being profitable for more and more of its participants. Accordingly, the more time then passes after the program enters the Profit Phase, the more it is perceived by the public as the successful one.

Of course, each program has its own Profit Phase entry time point and you probably have already gathered it logically, that such “point” depends on offered by the program investment plans. For instance, the smaller earnings percentage of the given investment plan is, the longer it takes for the program to make this profitability transition and vise versa. Real-life examples of currently operating programs from my HYIP portfolio that effectively entered their Profit Phases are the three programs which just recently made corresponding announcements. One of them is NewGNI, which has been offering its investment services since December of last year. In my opinion, this program is destined to be around for a long time ahead and this is why I recently decided to make relatively sizable by my own definition investment of $400.

Speaking of NewGNI, another important part of the program’s recent announcement was about withdrawals functionality modification for users who made their deposits using payment processor SolidTrust Pay (STP), but are unable to receive payouts back to it. Such users from now on can request payouts via different, offered by the program payment processors. Notably, not everybody is affected by the STP withdrawal issue, therefore NewGNI‘s new “exchange functionality” is available only to those who have such issue. Once again, such functionality should not be confused as one available for all program users.

Another two programs which announced their entering into Profit Phases of operations are ENR-G and MetalROI. Both of these programs prior to this time point went through some additions, modifications and some website stability tests as well. So, I think many would agree that comparatively speaking, these two ventures are now quite established and hopefully they will continue to deliver on people’s positive expectations, all the way to becoming successful.

Now, so far I was talking about Profit Phase as it relates to any given program itself, but of course there is obviously more important part of the term – the one from investor’s point of view. From an individual investor’s perspective, the Profit Phase for the program will obviously not come until his or her own investment is fully cycled. So, to put all of the things in their places and perspectives, the entire HYIP investment process basically comes to the functional in time “interplay” of program’s own Profit Phase with those of individual participating investors. Here, from the perspective of the program, its development can be described as timely transition from being new, to then becoming profitable and/or established and then, as more and more members beginning to benefit financially, to becoming successful. From investor’s perspective (with profit in mind), the process should be as follows: choosing the program (perhaps by making smaller test spends in not yet established newer, but liked programs), making the deposits while diversifying and after reaching own Profit Phase, staying with and supporting the more advanced HYIP industry performers.

By the way, before wrapping things up for today I wanted to once again emphasize the importance of any given investment program reaching its own Profit Phase. First of all, it is my strong opinion that people should NOT put any sizable deposits into the programs, which did not yet reach their corresponding Profit Phases, or are at least very close to them in time. I think it is important because this is exactly the time point that sorts away very significant number of HYIP SCAM websites from the remaining rest. Secondly, all of my loyal readers (in addition to several other terms describing the status of any given program) must remember me mentioning in the past a very clear distinction between the two terms in particular – “scam program” and “closed program”. Unlike a lot of other HYIP publishers who are calling a “scam” any and ALL of the programs that stop paying, I am always trying to make this distinction because I believe this is only fair.

Basically and logically, the “scam” tag goes automatically to any HYIP website not reaching its Profit Phase, where practically non of the depositing members would come into their own Profit Phase at the time of program closure. In contrast, and with fair consideration of the fact that NON of the programs offering investment plans such as HYIPs do can last forever, the “closed” status would go to programs in which at the time of their closure, a significant number of investors would come out benefiting financially.

I hope you will find this publication useful and stimulating in one or another way and as usually, I am wishing everybody a happy walking through the wonders of the HYIP world. I will see you soon.

Royalty 7 is paying out alot slower than when I first started with them, does that mean they will scam soon?

I was a “side viewer” of Fx7pro, it is not on the list of my portfolio, as I decided to not join it and I don’t regret it now because I believe it has payouts issues at the moment.

Thanks for the article, you are doing a great job. Seems like a simple concept but I really like how you presented it.

I’m getting worried about Royalty7. They take deposits instantly, but their response to withdrawal request and any enquiry for that matter could take as long as 48 business hours (7working days). The commonest is the industry is 24-48hours (not business hours). D’ont you think something is funny?

    Hey guys!
Why don’t you invest in a real managed Forex program? Traders trade on your own account, you can withdraw whenever you want, your money is held at a bank, the trading is completely transparent which means you can follow trading 24/7. I have also been “investing” in HYIP but lost a lot of money so I decided to go with real Forex investment and so far it is paying out great.
